This is the first of a series of video shorts, produced here in Huahine. I draw inspiration from the palm tree, Spike Jones and the ever loving Boswell Sisters (who grew up in New Orleans and perfected their unique style of close harmony, scat, and complex arrangements in the 1930s). I used on an iPad, an iPhone, an ancient version of iMovie, a Lumix and a Sony NEX-VG20 in my first in a suite of short pieces for this experiment with desert island media.
